CAMP EXPECTATIONS
We want camp to be a safe, positive, and fun experience for every child.
Campers are expected to:
• Follow directions from YMCA staff
• Use safe and respectful behavior
• Keep hands, feet, and objects to themselves
• Use appropriate language
• Respect other campers, staff, YMCA property, and personal belongings
• Participate safely in camp activities
YMCA staff will use age-appropriate redirection and positive behavior supports when concerns arise.
Parents or guardians may be contacted when behaviors are ongoing, unsafe, or significantly interfere with the camp environment.
Behaviors that create an immediate safety concern for the camper, other children, or staff may require early pick-up and could affect continued participation in camp.
